Today i am writing this article regarding my second worst experience with Rohit Autowheels Pvt Ltd a Showroom of Force Motors in Delhi, Siraspur
In December 2023 Rohit Autowheels salesperson contacted me regarding Force Urbania buy deals, and he said we will give you the best deal on Urbania if you give me a booking amount of Rs 10000/- till 31st dec 2023.
We discussed all the details and paid Rs 10000/- in December. As we discussed at the time of booking the amount, we need a 2024 confirm model (not 2023) and he accepted and confirmed that we will give you a confirm 2024 model vehicle.
But after taking the booking amount, they started asking for full payment before 10 jan and vehicle delivery was expected between 15 to 20 jan (as per sales person). I paid full margin money and provide Bank D.O also. We are shocked when we reached at showroom to see the vehicle on 20 jan vehicle was defective from insid, very dirty condition from outside also. But still we were taking it.
On 29 Jan when i called the sales person to say that today i will come to take delivery of vehicle, he said your payment is still pending from bank side, even after taking D.O from bank 20 Days Before. He never Say We will not give you vehicle until your bank give us a full payment. Sales Person never say at the time of collecting booking amount that we will deliver vehicle after the full payment from bank
So, Feedback / Review For Rohit autowheels is Very bad, they trap people but do not provide true commitments. even after saying not to follow that commitment.
